Powerful fruity and spicy nose. The attack is full, then evolves to round fleshiness on the palate. A fine wine with great calibre.


Soil : silty clay and clayey gravel

Grape varieties : 60% Merlot - 40% Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking :

The grapes are picked by hand.
Vatting: 10 to 12 days
The wine is made in temperature-controlled conditions.

Ageing :

For 12 months in oak barrels

Average annual production : 7,200 bottles

Tasting advice : Goes very nicely with rabbit, poultry and game

Powerful nose of spice and ripe fruit. Lots of roundness built round a fine tannic structure.


Area : 6 hectares (14.8 acres) hectare(s)

Soil : silty clay (5 hectares) – clayey gravel (1 hectare)

Grape varieties : 57% Merlot - 43% Cabernet Sauvignon

Grape harvest: :

 Red vines has been organically grown since 2011.

2014 is the first vintage which is officially organic.

Winemaking :

Vatting: 10 to 12 days
The wine is made in temperature-controlled conditions.
Maturing and ageing: 18 months

Average annual production : 12,000 bottles

Tasting advice :

Should be served at 15° to 18° C to accompany red meat and cheese.
