Grape varieties : : 90% Semillon - 10% Sauvignon

Winemaking :

The grapes are picked by hand in a succession of passes.
A pneumatic press is used to ensure slow, gentle extraction.
The wine is made under controlled temperatures (22 - 23°C).

Ageing :

for 12 months in oak barrels

Average annual production : 5,400 bottles

Tasting advice : Perfectly with cheeses, desserts and fruit.

Floral bouquet with a hint of mineral aromas. Nicely balanced on the palate. A big fresh attack followed by a long, pleasantly fruity finish.

Beautiful golden robe. Exotic fruit aromas on the nose, especially pineapple. Nice fruit on the palate, but also slightly tart-tasting with nice length on the finish.
